Terms of Service

LlamaPresenter is presentation software for churches and events: scripture, song lyrics, announcements and media on projectors, stage displays and livestreams. It runs in the browser and as a desktop app for Mac and Windows. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops, and we will try to give notice of changes that take something important away.

You can try LlamaPresenter as a guest without signing up, or sign in with an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it. Guest sessions are tied to one browser and can be lost if its data is cleared.

LlamaPresenter has a Free plan and paid Pro plans, described on the pricing page. Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance, and it renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record. Dodo Payments charges you, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipts. Its own terms apply to the payment.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.

Your songs, presentations, media, uploaded translations and other material stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run LlamaPresenter for you.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and show. That includes licences for song lyrics (for example through CCLI or a similar licensing body), Bible translations you add yourself, and images, video and music.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights through LlamaPresenter;
• upload malware, or try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
• overload, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service, beyond what the law allows;
• use LlamaPresenter to harass people or to show content that promotes violence or hatred.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.

LlamaPresenter, its design, code and built-in content belong to LlamaPresenter or its licensors. While you use the service under these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it, including installing the desktop app on your computers. Bible texts included in LlamaPresenter remain subject to the terms of their publishers.

We work to keep LlamaPresenter reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. For services where a failure matters, keep a backup plan. The desktop app can run offline for prepared work.

You can stop using LlamaPresenter and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to stop offering the service. If we end the service for reasons other than a breach, we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused prepaid period.

LlamaPresenter is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, revenue or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes go to the courts of Georgia, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring them there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use LlamaPresenter after that means you accept the new terms.
