No. Add your own still backgrounds, or keep running motion graphics through OBS or vMix. The livestream and lower-third outputs are transparent, so they can sit over that feed.
Can I use motion graphics behind my Bible verses and lyrics?
On the livestream output, yes. It is a transparent browser source, so you can place it over a motion graphics video source in OBS or vMix. The projector and stage outputs are a single screen with their own still background, since there is no capture card or video mixing involved.
