The difference is where the presentation runs. Proclaim syncs a plan down to an application installed on the booth computer. LlamaPresenter has no application: the console is a page, each output is a page, and a volunteer opens them on whatever computer is in the room.

Cloud plan, or cloud presentation?
Both call themselves cloud software, and both mean something by it. This is the part they mean differently, and everything else on the page follows from it.

What you get here that Proclaim does not
Proclaim gives a church a deep application and a library to match. These six are the things it cannot do from where it runs, and they are the reason this exists.

LlamaPresenter does not sell you backgrounds either. You bring your own, and they stay on the computer that added them rather than being uploaded anywhere.
When Proclaim may be the better choice
If your church already studies in Logos, Proclaim is the presenter that reads the same library, and nothing here matches that. The same goes for a team that wants thousands of ready-made motions included, or one that has built its week around the plan, the signage, and the podcast being parts of one product.
If the internet in the building is unreliable, an installed application is the safer answer today, and theirs is a good one. Native Mac and Windows apps are being built here for that building, and they will run a service with the connection down.
