Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Three languages on a slide is the one number Pro does not make unlimited. It is how many fit before a slide stops being readable from the back of the room, and not something we would charge for.
Questions about pricing
What is a seat?
A seat activates the desktop app on one computer, with every projector, stage display, livestream output and phone remote it runs. Pro includes 1 seat; add one for each extra computer. To move a seat, deactivate a computer from your account. The browser app needs no seat: it always runs one service per account, and every computer signed in controls that same service.
How much is an extra seat?
Pro includes 1 seat. Each extra seat is $9 a month, or $90 a year. Five seats is $19 plus 4 × $9. Removing seats takes effect at your next renewal.
Do extra screens or remotes cost more?
No. Every screen and remote for a service shares its seat. You pay only for services running at the same time.
What is the difference between paying monthly and yearly?
Only the price. Yearly is two months free: $190 a year instead of $19 a month, which saves you $38. Everything in the plan is the same either way, and you can cancel either one from the console.
Is Free really free?
Yes. There is no card required and no trial period. A church that only puts verses on the screen can run every service on Free and never pay us anything.
What actually changes when I pay?
Pro includes the desktop app and lifts the ceilings on how many songs, tracks, running orders, name cards and looks of your own you can keep. Free runs in the browser and does not include the desktop app.
Do I buy the desktop app separately?
No. The desktop app is included with every Pro subscription and uses the same plan. It is not available on Free, and there is no separate desktop license to buy.
What happens to my work if I stop paying?
It stays exactly where it is. A ceiling only ever refuses something new: going back to Free never deletes a song, a playlist or a template you made, and you can still open, reorder and remove them.
Do you carry my language?
We carry Georgian, English, Russian, Greek, Arabic and Latin, and every other language is a Bible you add yourself. The console browses public archives with over a thousand Bibles and fetches the one you choose. A Bible you add reads exactly like ours and sits beside them on the same slide. Free covers one; Pro makes it unlimited.
Do I need an account for the projector machine?
No. The projector, stage display, and lower third each have a link you open on that machine. Only the person running the console signs in.
Where do my backgrounds and music live?
On the machine running the console, not on our servers. That is why they cost you nothing to keep, and why you copy them over when you move to a different computer.
How do I cancel?
From the console, in the account panel, in two clicks. Pro runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and then the account is a Free one again.
I joined at an earlier price. Does it change?
No. You keep your price and everything your plan included for as long as your subscription stays active.
