Use cases

Church media, in one place

Media in church is more than one job: scripture on the wall, lyrics for the band, a name card on the stream, a countdown backstage. LlamaPresenter runs the multimedia side of a Sunday service - the projector, the stage display and the livestream graphics your church's TV or online stream needs - from one session, free.

One session feeding a stage display, a projector slide and a transparent stream overlay, each at its own link

What you get

Every kind of church media, one session

Bible verses, lyrics, announcement slides, name cards and background images run from the same console instead of five separate tools.

Church media for your TV and your livestream

Every output - projector, stage, livestream - is a link, so it opens on a smart TV, a lobby screen or a browser source, whichever screen your church media needs to reach.

Your own look for every screen

Set the typeface, size and background once in the template editor, and every piece of media comes out in your church's own style.

Backgrounds and audio, organized

Keep pictures in folders and add your own music tracks, ready to run alongside your presentation.

See it in the console

Multiple Bible translations.

Add the Bible versions you need and display them together on the same slide. Switch languages without stopping your service.

How a Sunday runs

  1. Set up your church media library: backgrounds, folders and audio tracks.
  2. Design your template once in the editor.
  3. Open the projector, stage and livestream links on the screens that need them.
  4. Run the service - verses, lyrics and announcements reach every screen at once.

Questions

What counts as church media in LlamaPresenter?

Bible verses, song lyrics, announcement slides, background images and audio tracks - organized in one media library and run from the same console as the projector, stage and livestream outputs.

Can I show our service on a TV as well as stream it online?

Yes. Every output is a link, so the same content reaches a smart TV, a laptop or a browser source, whichever your church media setup needs - a physical screen and an online stream can run at once.

Does LlamaPresenter store our media?

No. Images and audio stay on the computer that added them, and only the metadata is saved online. A projector elsewhere fetches the file directly from that machine.

Is this different from church multimedia software like ProPresenter?

It covers the same ground - verses, lyrics, backgrounds, stage and livestream graphics - as a free, browser-based tool with nothing to install, rather than a paid desktop multimedia suite.
